In this video I am using the Bouge (french) technique. This technique is used before the surface of the bowl is to be Plannished. Bouging smoothes out the surface of the metal.

It's finally here! The ring I submitted in May earlier this year has been published in the January
2009 issue of Art Jewelry Magazine.
The magazine hits stores December 2, 2009.
My ring is located in the top left corner on page 42 of the Gallery section.
This magazine is available to all, and is focused on Wearable works of Art displaying techniques and innovative ideas.
Art Jewelry is a National publication, which also receives International exposure.

ARTFUL SOL GALLERY-VAIL, COLORADO
My
creations in the Metal Arts has evolved into a line of jewelry, which I
call Wearable Art. It's been a little over two years since I've
started selling my creations.
With the focused education of a Master Silversmith from Ireland, and a local Jewelry designer from England, I've been able to achieve Old World texture in my designs.
Along this journey, my work was recently discovered and is now represented by a new and up-coming Art Gallery, "Artful Sol" located in Vail, Colorado.
Both Gallery Owner Cheryl Ann Peter, and myself are excited, and will be getting together in the New Year for a show exhibiting my Wearable Art.
Cheryl, and I encourage you to visit Vail, and enjoy beautiful works of art at the Artful Sol Gallery.
